You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such details to keep them accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions taken under your account.
3. User Conduct and Content Submission
You are solely responsible for all content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and URLs, that you publish or submit to Kovai.city. You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, harmful, or invasive of another person's privacy.
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Contains software viruses or malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit technical functionality.
- Provides misleading descriptions or incorrect images (e.g. ad banners must strictly conform to specified sizes like 950x100 pixels).
4. Sponsored Cards and Advertising
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their promotional banners, links, and text are accurate and comply with applicable laws. Banners placed on the Home page must be exactly 950 x 100 pixels. Kovai.city reserves the right to review, reject, or remove advertisements that do not comply with our guidelines or size requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kovai.city provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information, events, or advertisements published on the Platform. Under no circumstances shall Kovai.city or its parent company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
